About the Holiday Home

We are delighted to welcome you to our elegant mansion, located in a serene and tranquil area just outside Split, offering a peaceful retreat away from the bustle of the city.

Our luxurious 4-star holiday home, spanning over 250m², is nestled within a nearly 1000m² yard adjacent to a woodland area, ideal for children's play. This fully private villa is secluded from prying eyes and features a large pool with a SwimJet system and water massage area, as well as a spacious hot tub. The villa is perfect for up to eight guests and is fully equipped to ensure an exceptional holiday experience.

 

The Space

This is the ideal accommodation for independent travelers seeking to experience Split in style, enjoy a relaxed family reunion, or spend a dreamy holiday with friends.

Our elegant holiday home includes a spacious heated pool (heating available from September), with complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the villa and its grounds.

On the ground floor, you will find an open-plan living space featuring a 40m² living room, complete with cable TV, a DVD player, a PlayStation (available on request), and a fully equipped kitchen (including a carbon dioxide and monoxide detector, oven, microwave, two electric and two gas cooktops, dishwasher, coffee machine, and more). The dining area has a large table that comfortably seats eight. The living room opens directly onto the main covered terrace, which offers a lounge area, BBQ (with provided facilities), a five-person hot tub, and a view of the pool. The ground floor is air-conditioned.

Also on the ground floor, there is a shower room equipped with a washing machine (pods included), an ironing board with an iron, and a separate toilet. The two floors of the holiday home are connected by an internal staircase.

Upstairs, you will find:

• The master bedroom with a king-size bed, a large wardrobe, and a private balcony furnished with a table and chairs. This room is air-conditioned.

• A second bedroom with a queen-size bed, a wardrobe, and a view of the pool and forest. This room is air-conditioned.

• A third bedroom with two single beds, a cabinet for your belongings, and a covered loggia for a peaceful private retreat. This room is air-conditioned.

• A fourth, romantic room in the attic with two single beds and a roof window perfect for late-night stargazing. This room is air-conditioned.

All bedrooms are provided with fine linens (sheets, towels, blankets). Additionally, there is a spacious bathroom with a bathtub, dual sinks, and a toilet.

Outside, you will find a chlorine-free saltwater pool (exclusively for your use), measuring approximately 10x5m with a depth ranging from 1.4 to 1.8 meters, including a children's pool area, a hydro-massage lounge within the pool, and a SwimJet system for fitness, training, and therapy. The pool area is Wi-Fi enabled and transforms at night with ambient lighting.

Next to the pool, beneath an olive tree, there is an outdoor shower. The pergola near the pool provides an ideal shaded area for friends and family to gather for meals, conversations, or drinks. Please note, the pool is in "wintering" from November to April and will not be available for swimming during this time.

The children's pool is fenced for safety, but children must always swim under adult supervision.

Late check-out in the late afternoon is possible, depending on availability, for a fee of €150.

Upon request, we can also provide baby equipment, including a travel cot with a mattress, bed linen, towels, a highchair, a changing mat, and a meal set.

The entire estate is under 24-hour camera surveillance. The property features a large, fenced driveway with ample parking in front of the house.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the swimming pool and hot tub. The property is equipped with an outdoor barbecue, a laundry room, and secured private parking with a partially shaded area.

Upon arrival, you will find the gate open and me waiting to welcome you.

Within 500 meters, there is a grocery store for your convenience. Nearby, you will also find a restaurant, coffee bar, and hairdresser.

 

Additional Information

While Uber and other taxi services are available and reliable, we recommend arriving with your own (or rented) vehicle for a more complete and enjoyable experience.

Private chef services, breakfast on demand, massage, and additional cleaning services are available for an additional charge.
